  • All content provided in the courses (including but not limited to lecture materials, notes, quizzes, videos, model answers, and downloadable content) is the intellectual property of NextLevelEcons.com unless otherwise stated.

  • You may access and use the content for your own personal learning only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, sell, or publicly display any course materials without prior written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of course content may result in account suspension and/or legal action.

2. Use of Student Work

By submitting any assignments, essays, quizzes, forum posts, or other materials ("Student Work") to this site, you grant NextLevelEcons.com a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to:

  • Use your submitted work for promotional purposes (with personally identifying details removed or anonymized where appropriate);

  • Use your submitted work for teaching and training purposes (including in future courses and learning materials);
